Supplier checks
Before a piece is offered we review who supplies it and the information that comes with it.
Product information
We describe products as clearly as we can: what it is, its colour, its dimensions or size where known. If something is unclear, ask us before you order.
Authenticity requirements
Where authenticity is relevant to a piece or a sourcing request, it is reviewed before anything is confirmed.
If authenticity cannot be confirmed
Then we do not offer the piece, and a sourcing request is not confirmed. You are told so plainly.
